Most definitely, yes - even going way back.
However, it has no built-in bridging between 32- and 64- bit. The older versions you ran either the 32-bit or 64- bit versions; and only the matching .VST were supported.
Newer versions of Waveform support 64-bit VST only; unless you are running bridging via something like jbridge to run older 32-bit vst.
