No, I don't think so, it is just the new stuff.

Yes all still compatible.
However the 2018, is huge and personally I wouldn't bother with the old stuff now. The new pack is superior and should contain all you need.

Yeah I would have found this information helpful if it was included on the expansion pack page which I read in it's entirety.

Actually nobody ever asked about that and it never occured anyone could interpret it this way - the packs are packs, like everyone else's packs

, they all include something, but the don't overlap. After all as the download page suggests, you should ideally download all of them
