I feel thankful that I got the Hohner Collection now because I had no idea that it was so limited.
Completing the Pianoteq instrument set would cost a fortune so I'm hoping it won't be the only deal.

I think the Pianoteq is overpriced. I remember, when the Pianoteq and Truepianos were launched for the first time, about the same time.
Then it was rather cheap to jump on the Pianoteq wagon, but I choose the Truepianos, which sounded better in my opinion, in that time.
Still I think that the basic piano sound of the Truepianos is more natural than a bit sterile Pianoteq.
But obviously the Pianoteq wan the market share competition, and was able to grow its library, and improve its versatility.
The pricing is accordingly modelled piano market leader filthy sky-high.

I don’t find them overpriced, at least when I consider the inexpensive upgrade cost they charge between major versions. As for adding new pianos, they offer a special sale on the second one each time a new instrument is launched.

How does the EW download/installing work? I just purchased the EW Silk from the JRR. I registered the product, which appeared to my iLok account, but I didn´t get any download link from the EW. And the in my EW account in "see orders", I can´t see any product.
Typically the EW support hides behind massive FAQ-layers, and they don´t even job in the weekends (as supports should, in my opinion).

Did the email from JRR give you any instructions as they often do?Harry_HH wrote: Sat Jun 29, 2019 12:54 pmHow does the EW download/installing work? I just purchased the EW Silk from the JRR.

I am not quite sure if my answer translates to individual products because I am subscribing to the Composer Cloud. But in general, EW libraries are installed through the EW Installation Center:

Hmm.. I have purchased stuff for 10+ years, but never this badly instructed. JRR refers to the EW, and EW download guide claims that they send download link to my mail (which they haven't, and yes, not even to my junk).

All EW downloadable products are installed in the same (+extremely simple) way - using EW Installation Center - see "Getting started" section on their site - http://www.soundsonline.com/Support?sec ... stallation

You have to download the installation center on the downlods page. You then sign in, it assesses your account and computer and tells you what you are missing that you don't have and gives you the option to download and install.Harry_HH wrote: Sat Jun 29, 2019 12:54 pm How does the EW download/installing work? The pdf instruction in EW site wasn't very helpful.

Yeah, I can be a little slow especially when I'm sleeping.Fleer wrote: Sat Jun 29, 2019 2:25 pm There were only a few available, as often is the case with Reverb apparently. You've got to be fast. Fast like @omiroad![]()
I guess I should check out Reverb more often.

I suspect, that hasn't been any since 2 weeks back. The whole Reverb way to present things is most missleading.dzilizzi wrote: Sat Jun 29, 2019 2:39 pmYeah, I can be a little slow especially when I'm sleeping.Fleer wrote: Sat Jun 29, 2019 2:25 pm There were only a few available, as often is the case with Reverb apparently.
