Slight problems in live 4 with eve. It works fine mostly, its just when I change presets it makes a "drrrrrr" noise (dya like my explanation skills

), then about 8/10 times hangs live and i have to do a full reboot

It kinda conflicts with live's never press stop funkeeness. I use attack and ppg wave also and they change presets while playin ok. Should i just press stop all the time to change presets in eve?

hi dave,

EVE mutes output on preset change, but it shouldn't crash live,

do you have the crash both with EVE panel open or close?

hmm its a bit weird, only crashes when i change presets from the eve gui

so i saved all the banks as fxbs and it changes them fine from the live drop down menu

oh, it still makes the drrrr sound but it doesnt crash, that could be live though coz i got attack to make the same noise changing presets

hello--

I have seen the crashing with preset switching form the vst selector in numerous vsts--the worst being Vanguard. Switching presets from the ableton gui
is a fix, but the dropdown selector is tedious

i was thinking the exact same thing about the drop down menu, maybe they should put in little forward and back buttons

Hi,

just to say that I found the bug for preset change in Live, next EVE update (and other Dash synths too)
will change presets in Live with no problem,

its not mad mad urgent, but, if you could a pre patch beta whatsamejig to sort out the live patch changing, well, that would much appreciated
