Why MTurboReverb doesn't have the multiparameters in the main page, but is available in its MB version?

Hi I'm enjoying MTurboReverb, was curious again  and tweaking here and there I noticed something different :o :hihi:

I can not understand why, sometimes I would like to asign some knobs for different functions in the main page but for that I have to go to the "edit" or use the MB version; I don't like this last option because for some reason MTurboReverbMB uses a lot of memory for instances loaded compared to MTR (If you ask me I will show you in any case).

In addition to all of this when I go to the edit screen all the multiparameters are "predefined" by the device or preset in question, Is not the same case with the MB version where all the multiparameters are available and ready to be used like an "start Init" (By the way is there some way to start from scratch? If someone knows please tell me how, I don't know yet).

Go get some coffee first; this could get messy. :)

You can think of MTR MB as having an instance of MTR available for each band that your create. Plus some global controls, meters, Modulators and Multiparameters (MPs).

Each MTR instance in MTR MB (or the MTR plug-in itself) has a defined set of MPs, They can be edited, as you have seen, by going to the [Edit] screen.

The MPs that you see to the right in MTR MB are all unused. They can be used to control any of the MPs or parameters in ANY of the MTR instances. Let's say you had a 3-band MTR MB and wanted to change the Early/Late ratio for all 3 bands at once. You could do that by using one of those MPs to control the the second MP (Early/Late) in each of the MTR instances.

And you can change the Device loaded into any of the MTR instances and still keep control over the parameter.

You could control the targets (the Global: Early/Late parameter in each MTR instance) directly but that would miss out the settings (value, max value etc) that are already built into the MPs in each MTR.

:) Yeah I know the MB version has a lot of possibilities but if it wasn't for the lot of memory it uses would be my main go-to already.

So I don't know what could be a better option for this issue; If possible to add the additional MP to MTR as the MB version or maybe some way to improve the memory usage.

MTR already has a load of MPs - they are on the Edit screen, just as they are with all the other plug-ins. MTR MB is effectively an Edit screen, but each individual band can be switched between Easy or Edit. Putting the MPs panel on the Easy screen would defeat the purpose.

In MTR, you can load a Device or preset, switch to the Edit screen, edit the MPs as you wish, then save it as a new preset. When you load it all the Easy screen controls that you have set up will be there.
