I've had no issues with Sweetwater, other than they can be a bit needy. They've calmed down a bit compared to the past but you'll get follow-up emails asking how they can help etc. No big deal but it might be a source of irritation.

Sometimes orders will need a manual check, which will delay shipping until office hours - so it tends to be best to not order on a weekend.

Yes. We have it scheduled to end September 1.

Valhalla turns into NFR after transfer. Not very attractive for the 2nd owner.
Uh, no. If I buy a Valhalla plugin new for $50, I can sell it with no fees. If the next person wants to sell it again, Valhalla charges him $10. I have bought and sold secondhand Valhalla plugins multiple times.
I stand corrected. Thank you & sorry for the misinformation. :tu:

PS. As self-punishment for this fail i just ordered ValhallaDelay then again it's more a present then a punishment.

Went to "IMSTA FESTA" here in Atlanta today and won a copy of FabFilter Timeless as a door prize!
Congrats! That is really cool!

OK Cheers. They've got some XILS Labs instruments (the PolyM and Vocoder 5000) at $99 a pop which is about 30-40% cheaper than most places right now. I think XILS stuck the prices of all their stuff up about 20% in the last month and no other retailer than Sweetwater has that pricing. I'm hoping to see a UK reseller join in on the reductions, but if there's no movement in a week or two I may have to plump for Sweetwater.

Are you safe?

Never heard of the site, but seems to be a chinese marketplace? They might just have too many products/sellers to check one by one and this one slipped under the radar. If it's a legit site, you should be able report the seller.

TBH, the mass proliferation of counterfeit software on the web will never stop. Calling their bogus software the "International" version as they do with University textbooks...I had to share. That seller won't last long.

You can use your credit card through PayPal.

Yes usually as a guest, but I only get the login to your pay pal account screen with no other options. Don't have a PP account. Strange.
