MMultiAnalyzer graphs are usually black until a preset color is selected

Hi,

I'm trying the MMultiAnalyzer demo in Bitwig 3.0.1 on Windows 10. New instances of the analyzer initialize with their own color in "This Instance" and "Tracks" sections. However, most of the time the actual graphs for every instance are black. If I go in and adjust the color on the color picker, the track color changes but the graph is still black. The only way to change the graph color is to select one of the preset colors. This isn't a demo limitation or something is it? If not, are there any suggestions for how to fix it?

Hi, the plugin sets the colors if the DAW provides any, which your probably didn't. Cubase does that, Reaper doesn't, Bitwig probably doesn't either.

Why are they colored on the left but not on the spectrum analyzer though? Shouldn't they always match? Also if I set the color with the color picker, the graph is still black, which seems odd. The analyzer isn't very useful if you can't tell what track is what.

Also to make things weirder occasionally an instance of the plugin will initialize with the instance color matching the graph color (this happened with the cyan track in my picture). This is what I think should be happening, or at least definitely what I'd want to happen. I haven't been able to figure out what is different about those instances though.

Aaaaha, that! That's probably because of the autocolors - basically when the color is too bright, the engine changes it. Perhaps we could always import the colors with some medium "value", I'll check.
