Nothing and there won't be for quite some time. First sampler for MSoundFactory, then a few minor stuff, and hopefully then finally... after all these years... damn... The good news is that I have a lot of it planned from my times on the toilet

I'm sure it will make a splash when it does finally drop!

I'm nowhere remotely near utilizing what my Melda plugins & instruments offer. There's so much there! And that, in a way, is a good "problem" to have!
But, what is MixRevolution going to be? Pure curiosity here. I've seen it mentioned a few times...it seems to be one of those possible future things. But can we have the gist of what it might be?
By the way, general hints about it, which are designed to mollify the curious, but only stoke more questions and curiosity....we love those! Those are 100% welcome!

I'd like to know some info about SFZ too, to be honest, it's not planned at the moment.

SFZ was invented by the guy who programmed Z3TA and Rapture (don't recall his name). The standard was extremely ambitious. Fully implemented you could define the behavior of a complete complicated synth.MeldaProduction wrote: Thu Aug 01, 2019 3:58 pm I'd like to know some info about SFZ too, to be honest, it's not planned at the moment.
In practice, only a small part of the standard was ever implemented, that being those parameters that described the organization of a multi-sample collection. Most instruments supporting the standard did not bother to document what part of the subset was actually implemented (Alchemy version 1 was an exception, and it would be a useful source to see how extensive a decent implementation needs to be).
There are two ways an instrument could support SFZ: 1) use files as is, and 2) do a one-time import to convert to native format.
When I'm next at my DAW, I'll grab a representative .sfz file and post it here.
