Not that I can see. In the Analyzer, click Settings and you can choose Input, Output, Side-chain or Input+Output as the SOuecw.
For the moment, you could put MMultiAnalyzer on the audio track and the side-chain tracks.
If waveforms or levels are any use, this might help:
-- on the Meters panel, click the big button with the graph icon on it,
-- and click the pop-up button (2 below it) to display the time-graph in a separate window
-- resize it
-- now click its Menu button (bottom of the second column),
-- make sure that Input and Side-chain are enabled.
This shows the levels and the waveforms:

Thanks Darkstar for answer. Well I haven't MMultiAnalyzer but it confirms to me that it is not possible in MAutoDynamicEq (maybe for a next version?). Anyway I've got SPAN from Voxengo configured to do the trick but it would be easier to get it directly in MAutoDEq.

Indeed
I had forgotten about SPAN (and it works in the free one too):

Sorry, a single sidechain only, most DAWs don't support multiple sidechains anyways, and if not changed PT doesn't even support a stereo sidechain in 2019
