No arranger keyboard software?

If you run Linux, I made my own version of a live arranger called "Backup Band". It's what I use for my gigs. It's designed to work well on just a small touchscreen device, so it's as simple to operate as something like a yamaha/roland/korg arranger keyboard. It's rock solid. And it's free, with source code.

I've been trying to find the XMURE app. Doesn't seem to actually exist.

True about XMURE. I tried myself when I heard about it, but then it seems they are still in the process of getting the software in the app store.
You'll find some demos on soundcloud though.
If you look around yes, there will be several little programmes to play with, but I find some too simple, others unnecessarily complicated, some too expensive for what they offer, some simply don't work. But I am looking forward for a release from one of the manufacturers who do have experience with arranger business. THey will eventually get there, as everything is pushing software for few years now, just didn't happen yet.
Of course, there is always an option to get a simple hardware arranger and use midi for getting the sounds from a good VSTi.

RapidComposer is not an arranger at all. It is a composition tool, a kind of Sibelius or Finale or MuseScore, but using exlusively the piano-roll and with a ton of excellent built-in tools to help you in your composition task... but you compose yourself from A to Z all your score, line after line, measure after measure. RapidComposer doesn't decide anything for you and doesn't give you samples of arrangements to build and to use as accompaniment to what you play. Then it it is not at all the same purpose as an arranger like BIAB or like Ludwig.
I use RapidComposer since 2014 for almost all my compositions, seconded by a single circle of fifths (but there is also one in it, presented as tables) it is my main tool above any other all (for some others I use Feelyoursound Sundog) and in the past I used Sibelius and Harmony Assistant when I wrote in traditional notation.
