Ha ha, I knew people were going to be talking about iZotope. I don’t have any of the products to upgrade to MPS2.1, but they put the $149 coupon in my account anyway. I’ve been told, if it’s in your account and has a buy now button, you can buy it.

Were you able to check out at $149? They have that price listed on their MPS 2.1 pricing page, too, but at checkout I see $299.

The iZotope Music Production Suite 2.1 Upgrade from any Advanced is currently $149, 70% off of its normal price of $499. I have a feeling this was a mistake and that iZotope will be asking us to raise the price soon:

If I remember correctly, the MPS 1 - > MPS 2.1 upgrade was $ 199 about two months ago.
I could understand the $ 149 for this upgrade. But obviously no advavance in iZotope's mind owning the previous bundle. Strange.

Who said this is a problem? Its just strange/unfair pricing policy, but we are used to that, concerning the iZotope.
BTW, I purchased the MPS 2.1, too, by the price of $ 125,16. Buahahahahaa...

At $126 it's worth it to me. owning O8N2 I can sell my copy of RX7 and get it even "cheaper". upgrade Nuetron 2 to 3 and gives three new plug ins. Patience is worth something I guess.

We may not have hit rock bottom with these iZotope upgrades.
A few years back, their MPB upgrade (Ozone7 Advanced, Nectar2 Production Suite, Alloy2, Trash2) went from S299 @iZotope to $99 @iZotope ($64 @Time+Space) in a few months.

It could be. It's just strange that they're simultaneously selling the Upgrade from MPB for $299 when anyone with MPB qualifies for the Upgrade from Advanced.

iZotope is offering me an in-account coupon to upgrade to MPS 2.1 from any of their advanced products, even though I only have the Vocal Chain bundle. Or I have the choice of $249 from Vocalsynth 2 or Nectar 3. Their upgrade paths continue to make no sense.

It makes me wonder what would happen if I purchased the $149 bundle whether or not it would work?

Acustrica Audio only sell through there website to my knowledge.
You are one week to late.
Last week they had a 70% of everything sale (the first time they have ever done anything like that).
The best thing to do is join there facebook page and get notifications for all posts and if they decide to get generous again you will know immediately
If not black Friday they normally do discounts but can't promise it will apply to N4.
Alternatively use KVR market place and buy.
I have seen N4 on there several times over last few weeks.
Just don't forget to check the sellers feedback in the feedback thread first!

My understanding is that there is just an "upgrade plan". The version numbers that are sometimes listed have no real meaning.

I have a love/hate relationship with Bitwig. Struggled with the laggy GUI on a Mac for a long time. Gave up, picked it up again, etc. It does have a few really nice standout features. For me personally, the most interesting thing is the implementation of the touch interface. If you want to use a DAW on a tablet PC there is nothing else that comes even close imho. Of course, hardcore Bitwig users will give you a million other reasons why it is the best.
