It would been good for traveling musicians.
we have pc of another musician, and you should for a short time load your project and use own plugin set.
It should be some button in settings menu , you enter login and passphrase , plugin download license to the RAM, even not store on HDD, .And this plugin set exist until user press that button again or switch it off.

or maybe without internet connection apply lic file until user press that button again or switch it off. yeah cause often there is no any inet

You can have your licence file on a flash, activate and deactivate when done with it . No inet needed
