MSF Modulation - Is This a Bug?

In the modulation grid for per-voice modulation Mod Wheel, Breath, Exp. Pedal and Pressure all respond 0 to 100%. Pitch bend responds -100% to 0 to 100%. All this is as it should be

CC74 responds like pitch bend: -100 to 0 to 100. This doesn't seem right. CC 74 is just another MIDI CC like mod wheel, breath and exp. pedal.

So, why is it doing this?

Because MPE instruments like Roli and Linnstrument have implemented cc74 in a bipolar form. Also the DAW too. It is normally represented as -100% to +100%.
You can turn this behaviour off though if you like. Look in advanced setting for an option, Timbre is bipolar.
