How can I change the velocity of mdrumlevelers midi output? It’s much too low and not the same as the original audio.

They cannot be changed within MDrumLeveler. Could you record them and change them in your DAW.
I am not sure why audio generated by sending that MIDI to a drum VSTi would be the same as the original audio. Can you let us know the details? - how the original audio was generated, which drum VSTi / kit etc you are sending the MIDi to etc?

I wanna replace my Original snare drum recording. It loudest hits are at -6dbfs. I use the detector midi out note feature inside MDrumLeveler. Use a send to my EZDrummer and it plays the snare, but with much too low velocity. So it´s not the right articulation of the snare hit! I´m also hearing the original drum recording, what´s wrong here?

1 I do not know the relationship between the audio level and the velocity of the MIDI note created by MDrumleveler (MDL).
2 But you would also need the reverse mapping in EZDrummer, e.g velocity of 80 means play drum at -6 dBFS.
3 I thought that articulations in EZDrummer were done by different notes, not velocities; which kit are you using?
4 MDL does not silence any audio so you will hear the original.
To replace the snare, you'll need to
-- record the MIDI from MDL, change the note pitch (maybe) and velocity),
-- cut out the snare from the original audio,
-- tweak the snare and mixer in EZDrummer.

1 I hoped MDrumleveler would send the same audio level out as it gets!? But it doesn´t.
3 Articualation doesn´t mean Rimshot, Center or Sidestick for a snare. I mean the velocity, but the sound gets different by hitting it harder or softer!
4 Would be great if you could silence the incoming audio!!! Vojtech???
I don´t want to record Midi first in Realtime!!! Maybe a Export feature for MDrumleveler could also help?! Vojtech???
