Audio Sequence Crossfade

It seems whenever I split a non percussive sample in the audio seq window, theres not a smooth transition from one part to another, there's a click etc. Is there a way to crossfade between two parts inside an audio seq?

Especially about adjacent events, Tail and Post End Mode.
If you can't resolve the clicks by tweaking those parameters, please let me know.
