How does this work? Say, with 4 Inputs, how does the Ratio parameter handle them?

I would also like to know this. I made a quick assumption that it crossfades from input 1 to 2, then when 100% input 2, it starts to crossfade from 2 to 3, then 3 to 4.
However I am not 100% sure.

Looks/ sounds like it divides the Ratio by the number of inputs.
Ratio = 100%
4 inputs - 1 = 0 to 25%, 2 = 26 to 50%, 3 = 51 to 75%, 4 = 76 to 100% ('mixed' according to each mode's definition)
Unfortunately, nothing akin to ABCD Morphing available thusfar so we need to take that into account when populating a lane in the matrix.

Yeah, the quick test I did when it was in beta gave the same results as werzel. Pretty straight forward, but I'm sure it's useful in some circumstances.

That cant be right.
If input 1 is from 0% to 25% and then input 2 is 26% to 50%, then there is no crossfade.

If you mean a Korg Wavestation type ABCD waveform combination, that can be done with three regular ratio controls and two MPs linked as an XY controller. Take four oscillators A, B, C, D. Have Ratio1 control A/B mix level, Ratio2 control C/D mix level, and Ratio3 control Ratio1/Ratio2 mix level. Ratio1 and Ratio2 are controlled by the same MP.

The only thing missing is a nice way to label things in the corners.

I was referring to Melda's ABCD Morphing of presets on the toolbar, but hey! nothing like more ideas to make a better stew.
Wonder if the Ratio graphic could become interactive, ie. draw your own, place items to crossfade, print and frame as artwork.

That should be about right ;)

So, something like this (for 4 inputs and Transition mode):

Suggestions:
(a) show the Ratio parameter as a vertical line on the graph.
(b) for multiple inputs, show the curve for each (as in the pic above).
That would make the plug-in more intuitive.

Yeah, that's my understanding of it, although by default the curve is equal power rather than the linear line you've got here.

That's why I added the text "Transition mode". I cannot draw curves. ;)
