Hi there,
at first thanks for a great and rock solid DAW!
I´m missing only 2 small things other DAW´s have inplemented:
A switchable monitoring-function when moving recorded midi notes to another, deeper or higher key with the mouse.
Visualising midi notes on the key-bar on the left side of the editor when playing midi notes.
I have studied the docs of course. Sorry if I have overlooked already implemented functions.
Regards!
Suggestion about monitoring and visualising midi notes

Do you mean for a key to move/light up on the keyboard on the left when in Edit mode because I'd like something like that to orientate myself when my midi keyboard has move itself up or down an octave or two (need to save up and get a new keyboard)Brausbaer wrote: Sat Aug 24, 2019 10:12 am Visualising midi notes on the key-bar on the left side of the editor when playing midi notes.

Yes. I mean the following situation: When the sequencer is paused, you play a chord and vary the chord until it sounds ok for you. If you would see which notes (keys) in the keyboard on the left are highlightened when pressing the single chord notes or the whole chord it would be easier to draw this chord with the pencil. Of course this would give an easier orientation too in case of transposing your midi keyboard half- or octave-steps in case you have scrolled the visible aera of the editor-keyboard on the left. It is like the already implemented little keyboard on top right of the edit screen.

I´m still learning too
.But I can say. It´s worth the labour. Mulab can compare with much more expensive DAW´s. It is very thoughtfully programmed. The gui is very user friendly. And last not least: The program is working very stable. If a plugin is crashing in Mulab, it will crash in other DAW´s more than ever
