Apple are a business. Logic is a product. Only thing they care about is shifting boxes and making money. Same as every other business
They don't care about you - the customers.

I think its a matter of stability rather then quality , but quality of service is very important.
Most developers have now sorted the problem out .
I hope that it won't happen again (wishfull thinking...)
need to check my waves update now.
