Licence Count Need To Be Re-set?

Purchased two T6 licenses when T6 first came out. Using ever since. Just wiped HD and reloaded T6. Tried to register on line but got error message saying licence count exceeded. Tried registering off line but tracktionkey file will not drag and drop anywhere on GUI.

I had this same issue a few months ago when I rehabbed a different laptop. I was told by T staff my count was re-set and I was able to register that other laptop without further incident.

I am going to be putting an SSD into this current laptop. May need yet another re-set then as well?

Will pay for another licence if that is what it takes to have spares handy.

Considering that T7 is now free, I would suggest you consider obtaining the free license for T7 instead?
