I heard that most of their issues came from investing heavily in One Ping Only and Babya Logic

Native Access not allowing users the choice to hold off
on an update, is bad luck. A poor rollbak-scenario
exascerbates the situation. U-he don't need 'Urs Access',
you'd think the rest of Berlin's coders would take the hint.
Good luck to NI, keep the cup half full :hyper:
Agreed. I made a similar comment in one of the locked MassiveX threads. People can get uptight about speculation, but, if you've ever worked on a software engineering project under bad management, then you are familiar with those smells. A post on Glassdoor is perhaps insightful here:

"Feels like the don’t know what they are doing. They waste more time trying to implement agile processes than actually building products. They haven’t figured out how to communicate. Their entire vision is a work in process because they don’t have a real plan."

I always said Massive X was sh*t

Ducks...

By saturating a good chunk of the market with twice-annual Komplete sales,
NI have a solid niche to maintain and build on. Losing the least productive
and/or most disruptive employees is something the NFL is about to do,
followed soon by the NBA, why would NI _not_ want to do such a common practice
on a regular basis?
Keep the best, forget the rest...

I agree. Sometimes Agile seems to be interpreted as: "We have no idea what we want and don't want to take the time to think about it. Let's instead fiddle around until we hopefully get something useful."

This is practically every corporation though. I feel like I can ask a random, anonymous employee at any non-boutique company and they'll tell me that.
