Hive 2 Step-Sequencer: can I input a Rest?

When I put the sequencer into REC mode, I can input notes to fill up the sequencer. But is there a way to input a rest while doing that?

Repro-1 has that feature....did Hive 2 miss out on it?

You can make it a rest afterwards, but you can’t “record “ it...
