W10 MIDI Render Bug?

W10 appears to have a major issue rendering/merging any MIDI clips that aren't based on a 4 beat time signature.

A simple example:
1. Create a New project, and set the time signature to 7/8
2. Create a 1 bar midi clip on Track 1
3. Render the midi clip on Track 1 to Track 2
Result is that the rendered version on Track 2 plays back twice as fast as the original.

If you do exactly the same process above using a 4/4 time signature, then everything works as expected.
But, setting the time signature to 7/16, results in 4x faster playback of the rendered track.

The problem is worse on projects that have multiple time signatures.
Hoping someone can offer a workaround or fix.

Also, is there any way to export midi data from a project in W10?

Use Export and render to a file. Works with midi clips.

Thanks - I'd missed the fact that MIDI was one of the available options in the export output file formats. I was thinking they were all audio types!
