Currently the tuning of a given preset is stored with the preset, but I need a global tuning option so please move the tuning to the Settings-tab.

I had not noticed this before, but you are absolutely right. Tuning should be global (although it would be OK to also allow it to be tweaked per device or preset).
I hope we'll also see a microtuning capability at some point. I would not use it myself, but the 1% of virtual musicians who care about that capability are absolutely passionate about it.

I quite don't follow, the global tuning is there and on easy screen it's in the Globals tab, where it can be locked.
Microtunings are on the edit screen, panel global pitch, button Load tuning
