I just saw that you already contacted us a couple of weeks ago, one of my colleagues replied to your request but we never heard back from you since. I replied to your request personally just now, so you should definitely receive an email from us in the next few minutes. Should you not receive said email, then please also check your spam or "promotionals" folder.
