I took those courses by Jay Allen (on Udemy though) when I was starting with Ableton Live and liked them a lot.Ableton Live Production Mastery Course Bundle for $29 (advertised as 97% off although you need to take that with a grain of salt):

I do not know about the quality of these courses but looking at the credentials of the instructor it should be a very solid value.

Buy Falcon, get a $100|100€ VOUCHER
As an added bonus, each Falcon license includes a $100 / 100€ voucher good towards the purchase of any soundbank or Falcon Expansion on uvi.net. Enhance your Falcon experience immediately with one of our premium instruments like CS-M, or grab Mayhem of Loops for a massive fuel injection to your new sampling workstation. Yeah, I did. No automatic discount there or at JRRShop. I've noticed several more brands recently have stopped having those kinds of discounts, notably IK... at JRRShop it even says "Coupon codes are not available for this manufacturer (IK Multimedia)" in cart. I guess UVI is another one.Insanelysane wrote: ↑Sat Oct 12, 2019 3:59 amHave you added to your cart in AD? normally there is a discount.. not always though

Ok thats good info to know. I really hope in-cart discounts dont get phased out as it has motivated me plenty to buy based on the measly gain Id feel I saved with it applied. On pricier plugins it actually saves quite a bit and on cheapo buys under $10 it just gives me a smile. Such is the life of this plugin bargain hunter. Im hoping to retire from the buying hobby after black friday and xmas sales but there's a voice in me that just bursts into sad laughs when I try to say it with convictionCeej wrote: ↑Sat Oct 12, 2019 7:12 amYeah, I did. This. I bought my first expensive VST suite with money I'd saved from giving up smoking last year.Kalamata Kid wrote: ↑Sat Oct 12, 2019 1:32 pmInsanelysane wrote: ↑Sat Oct 12, 2019 8:57 am Im hoping to retire from the buying hobby after black friday and xmas sales but there's a voice in me that just bursts into sad laughs when I try to say it with conviction
Now the daily trawl of KVR/subreddits for 'bargains' has replaced one addiction with another.
At least I can be fairly sure soft synths aren't going to kill me.
Although the "HURRY! BUY NOW! AN ARTIFICIAL SALES DEADLINE WE OURSELVES PUT IN PLACE IS APPROACHING FAST!" deals notices aren't good for my blood pressure.

Depending on where you live, you have a lot of money for instruments and effects. It's like $10 a pack in NY.WatchTheGuitar wrote: ↑Sat Oct 12, 2019 3:25 pmThis. For some reason the "crazy80" coupon for nembrini products works on more than one order per account. Can buy all their products individually for 80% off. That's crazy kids. I think it's done tomorrow so go at it!
