Hi folks,

next update is here ;). 13.06 is an important update. It comes with several improvements, features and fixes. It is recommended to install this update. To do that, get the newest version from MeldaProduction download page and use it.

Additionally MTurboDelayMB, a multiband version of the mighty MTurboDelay, has been released for free for the MTurboDelay owners ;).

Currently exploring MSF. Haven't gotten into the MB FX much but I think this is the first new plug I get since subbing. Pleased with the sound and how the UI lets you feel pretty familiar with anything.

List of changes doesn't match with my problem:

I downloaded 13.06 installer.
Installed the plugins I own from the installer list.
Opening them in the DAW, version info in the top left UI say: version 13.05

Also there's not the new MTurboDelayMB in the install list...

I just tried and everything seems just fine. Try restarting your computer and rescan the plugins.

Ah, I misunderstood (again!) - You plug-ins are still showing v13.05.

If the restart does not work did the installer put the plug-ins into a different folder? Try Searching for one plug-in to see if any duplicates are found. Of course, there will be 64-bit and 32-bit editions.

On OSX there are no custom folders and 32/64 are in a single file ;). Restart is the typical solution :)

Are Melda going to continue supporting MacOS?
Just had an email recommending moving to windows...

Post

That email, much like the readme-install.txt files included in every update, was pretty passive-aggressive. I hope they continue supporting macOS. If Avid can manage it, so can anyone else.

Post

As someone who recently moved to Windows, I can say that it isn't that bad. I had a brief 7-year stint with OSX and, while it has its upsides, Windows has improved a lot and it's definitely not as awful as I remember.

Just in case you're considering a switch.

Post

No, I don't think I will ever switch to Windows.
