It also seems there are a lot of courses on different plugins which you have to buy and which are very expensive. So I dont know. Will get a month sub to check out the ableton live things they offer
Don't spend money if you don't think it's worth it

It doesn't really matter if there are no recent tutorials. What they do have are tutorials that can take anyone from beginner to expert, if they put in the practice. They also have tutorials to teach how to use compressors, eq's, how to master etc. that will teach principals that apply to most plugins out there, so you don't need to own the plugins they use. Often they will demonstrate principles with a range of plugins; not because you need those specific plugins, but because they can show you different functions or styles that you can then find equivalents for.

And if you don't think Askaudio has what you like, then check out Groove3. You could try a month of each, one after the other, and see which you like best. Both sites often do discounts/promotions on subscriptions. My current sub costs about €70 per year :tu:

Don’t spend any money on tuts just yet. There are countless hours of Ableton tuts on YouTube.
This is true. However, the quality is variable, and if you don't have a certain level of knowledge going in, it can be hard to tell which are worth the time. With ask or g3, the content is kept to a high-standard. Furthermore, they offer courses that allow for logical progression. Youtube is better for when people have an already proficient understanding, yet want to look for tutorials honing in on very specific topics.

Just my 0.02, of course :tu:

Yes thats why I asked a question on here. Google and youtube are not thrustworthy when you do not have any knowledge of things yet. You simply do not know which article or video to trust because you simply do not know if it is BS or not.
Thats why I rather asked a question about compressors on here because I trust that people here now it.

I am truly sorry for saying this, I will get hated again for it and be an asshole, but it seems to me when I do not ask advice I get it and when I ask advice I get pointed to google, youtube.

So yeah... I probably be wrong again with what I state but since we all can learn from eachother it should be time now that you all also try to take some advice from me and learn from me. But it seems many times this is only a one way street I guess.

I did get a sub on ask audio, I looked at a few tutorials allready but it is basicly what I know already. I am sure there is things on there I can learn from but I am gonna start at the beginning of things. Its a bit boring because I know that stuff allready but I will try to get thru it.
Heavenly Sounds Approved This.
