Waveform 10.3 fails to load Steinberg ASIO driver

Waveform 10.3 cannot load the ASIO drivers of my audio card (Steinberg UR28M). When I try to choose Steinberg ASIO from the drop-down menu in audio devices, it gives a warning that it cannot open the device.
A similar problem occurs when I scan plugins: during the scanning it loads ASIO4ALL without warning!
Previous releases (10.1) did not have these problems.
Also other DAWs have no problem with my audio card.

Same happened to me and I understand this is happening in other places (non-Waveform users). In my case, downloading latest driver from Yamaha's site (even though I already had it installed) and reinstalling fixed the problem.
