Most likely:

Gerd Schulte Audio Elektronik Compact Phasing 'A'

Some random quotes about the machine:
German bands were often more interested in processing sounds than they were in playing dozens of notes in the shortest possible time, and pre‑eminent among these was Tangerine Dream, whose trademark 'whoosh' was created by playing a Mellotron through a hand‑built German phaser called the Gert Schulte Audio Elektronik Compact Phasing 'A'. You can't overestimate the importance of this unit, and some people have suggested that it was as important as the band's keyboards and synthesizers. Shortly thereafter, Kraftwerk adopted the 'A' (...)
The Compact Phasing 'A' may be better known by its nickname the 'Krautrock / Kraftwerk Phaser' and is one of the most sought-after analogue stereo phasers of the 70's. Built Gerd Schulte Audio Elektronik in the Bundesrepublik of Germany, the Phasing 'A' has been often used by a great number of iconic 70's artists as Kraftwerk, Tangerine Dream, Pink Floyd, JM Jarre, and Rainbow's John Lord and Ritchie Blackmore.

Very rare and unique as the LDR-lights are optically linked to the phasing stage which makes the phasing not only audible but also visable. Awesome to add that thick sweep to your Rhodes / Synthesizer sounds or to put in some more movement into your clean guitarchords.
"Made in Germany in the early 70s by Gerd Schulte Audio. These stereo analogue phasers found favour with some of the most iconic artists of the 70s. They included Kraftwerk, Tangerine Dream, Pink Floyd, Jean Michel Jarre, and Rainbow's John Lord and Ritchie Blackmore. As it was used by influential German groups in the early 70s it became known as the 'Krautrock Phaser'.

"Wide range of effects can be set with four controls. From simple phasing to tremolo or a (true) phased vibrato. You can adjust the filter Q close to self-oscillation. Great for guitar, clavinet, strings, synths, drum machines. The circuit consists of two vactrols with four LDRs each.
