MDrummer and host communication

good news MDrummer publish key names to host

but in DRUMPAD mode this does not work
and btw FL does not support it for VST3 , VST2 only(since 2012)

vst3 sdk says:

IUnitInfo Class - to describe the Plug-in structure.
- getProgramPitchName Gets the PitchName for a given program list ID, program index and pitch.

If PitchNames are changed the Plug-in should inform the host with IUnitHandler::notifyProgramListChange.
