step clip issue

i notice when i create a drum sampler and load 3 or 4 one shots not all of the samples show up. for example if i have a kick, snare, and closed high hat, the snare won't show up in the step editor. any suggestions?

Click on the step clip. "Add Channel". Click on the new channel that has appeared in the list to the left of the clip, rename it, set its channel, note, etc.
