Any way to disable MIDI velocity in MuLab?

I bought this MIDI Keyboard (keystation 49 MK3) recently and I have to SLAM the keys so hard to get decent volume and it just isn't working for me. I also need to press the keys with equal amount of pressure whenever i'm playing otherwise some notes are way too loud and some notes aren't even playing.

Now as far as I know, this MIDI keyboard doesn't have built in function to adjust the velocity (which is a stupid decision from the company) so I'm wondering if MuLab provides a function where I can disable the velocity sensitivity for any MIDI input.

So does MuLab have this function? if not could the developers consider adding this feature? Thank you.

Also does anyone have similar problem with their MIDI keyboard? how did you get used to it? or how did you fix it?

Had one years ago, have sold it for the same reason.
You could try to insert a midi VST plugin (search for "insertPizHere", a collection of little midi utilities)
or build a MUX patch .

I 100% have this same problem in opening post, i use a pure midi only keyboard, it has no sounds.

+1 from me

Hi, Just place a Note-modifier-Module (Event-Processor) before any vst-synth or mux-instrument and put the Velocity-% up to 2..3..4 or 500%.

cheers

In my case that only happens with the built-in sounds, not with my VSTs.
And it is logical because the problem is that the parameter Velocity Sensitivity of the oscillators in Mulab synths is set to max/100%, which makes no sense usually. You can access that parameter in the modular view, check the individual osc modules and set the Velocity Sensitivity to, say, 25%, a more realistic value.

I have the same issue too and the Pitch Bend too wich is so frustrating.
Inside Mulab i don't found the apropiate filter for PBend control and i don't whant to deal with vst MIDI filters.

It will great to add some kind of implementation like the Hernman Seib's savihost software.

I don't know if this is in the FR list, but this has much significance when dealing with broken MIDI controlers.

Well, i found a solution (at least temporal), i found in KVR a VST MIDI Effect called MidiShapeShifter and is what i was looking for.
So, i created a presset file that filters the Pitch bend and CC 7 (volume).
