Regarding the Browser

So I'm currently learning about the browser. And let me point out that I had a heck of a time trying to figure out where to setup folders, cause of the way things are named. I kept coming across "Loop Database" and in my mind I automatically associated this with the Factory Loops, and it never dawned on me that this relates to all samples( not a good thing) this is very confusing, and the fact that this "Loop Database" is in two locations made it even more difficult to figure things out, and compounded by the fact that the button to run a scan of the imported folders is missing from the Loop Database in the Files Locations where one first checks to basically configures folders. Very confusing.
So after I set up my "Sounds Folders" I thought that they were going to be made available in the files area, but apparently all of their contents shows up, and me with over 500k samples in my library, it's kind of tough to find a specific sample, from an specific folder by just doing a search. The option to also have a folder tree or perhaps a tab called "Folders" should also be available. Regarding the folder locations, it may seem that it's a good thing to have it in various locations, but that just confuses instead of helping when one is first learning about it. I just want to give an account of what a new user goes through in a situation like this. It becomes apparent once one knows of course, but it was very confusing to figure out. Pretty sure that this is all explained in the manual but realistically, who reads the manual?

A first time user should be presented the "First Run Setup" wizard. If that's been closed by mistake, it can be reopened, under the Help Menu, Show First Run Setup.

If you run through this, you'll end up with Waveform setup for use as designed.

The firs time setup is great but it only allows you to set folder path for scanning but unfortunately it does not save these folder locations to revisit at any time. Most DAWs conviniently allow for this type of setup. First instinct was togo find these folders after they were scanned.

It does, in the settings tab, on the loop database page.
