Scipt for live coding in note clips

Inspiration taken from this CDM article. Shouldn't it be possible to write a script which generates and pastes notes into note clips based on the clip names? Just as an idea

You can do all the stuff that works on 1 clip. Multiple clips is a bit more tricky but should also be possible.
However, I find this pretty boring
E.g. a similar tool exists in Cubase since ages and I never used it.

I think if you have a script that generates notes, then it would also be cool to just send them to devices and not put them in a clip.
A community has been growing around a tool called tidal cycles which does something similar: generates OSC messages that are sent to supercollider to trigger samples, control FX, etc.
People who master this tool seem like they perform live and are editing on the fly to generate really interesting patterns.
One could easily imagine the Bitwig scripting console evolving something similar, so live performance via coding in the console.
