Is anyone else having trouble getting their authorization e-mail? I contacted tech support a few days ago, but they still haven't sent it to me (yes, I checked my Spam Folder). Kind of frustrating and unexpected.

Must be an exceptional case,
purchased it yesterday and had instant auth mail.
Well, on the other hand mine could be an exceptional case?

i had trouble, bought in the weekend, no authorization e-mail, monday i contacted tech support, and a few hours later, there was the e-mail.

so it happens, but in my case it was a fast response, after the ticket. i had the url of the order, no order e-mail did i get, and stated how i payed, with invoice number of that pay system. perhaps that helped.

Hello! Sorry, if we have missed your support request. Have you checked your Promotions folder? That's where they usually wind up, if you can't find them in Spam. If it's not there, then please contact support again at www.2getheraudio.com/support/ and we'll get right back to you to solve your problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Yes, that's the issue - the gui becomes unresponsive when you move it to a 2nd monitor. Hold on tight, we have a fix that will be released any day now.

  • Support for dual monitor setups on Windows platforms
  • Stability improvements

Just wanted to report that v1.0.1 did not fix my dual monitor issues in Windows. Tested in stand-alone and within Nuendo 10.
