Is anyone else having trouble getting their authorization e-mail? I contacted tech support a few days ago, but they still haven't sent it to me (yes, I checked my Spam Folder). Kind of frustrating and unexpected.

purchased it yesterday and had instant auth mail.

so it happens, but in my case it was a fast response, after the ticket. i had the url of the order, no order e-mail did i get, and stated how i payed, with invoice number of that pay system. perhaps that helped.

Hello! Sorry, if we have missed your support request. Have you checked your Promotions folder? That's where they usually wind up, if you can't find them in Spam. If it's not there, then please contact support again at www.2getheraudio.com/support/ and we'll get right back to you to solve your problem. I'm using multiple monitors, and have a problem with the GUI being almost completely unresponsive (i.e., knobs don't animate, although they are responsive to mouse input, in that their values are changed even though the graphic remains static). Yes, that's the issue - the gui becomes unresponsive when you move it to a 2nd monitor. Since we released Cheeze Machine PRO, we've been hearing some great ideas from you folks, regarding enhancements we can make to the instrument. So we though we'd make a separate thread in our forum, just for them.

Just wanted to report that v1.0.1 did not fix my dual monitor issues in Windows. Tested in stand-alone and within Nuendo 10.
