Diva and Komplete Control

This is a minor problem, I will admit. I have Komplete Kontrol both the software and the S61 keyboard. I also have most recent release of Diva. Sound-wise everything works as it should. Visually not so much. On my system, there is no vender graphic or instrument graphic in either the software or on the keyboard display. This is in spite of a fresh install of Diva and previews and a rescan of Komplete Kontrol library. I also have a recent install of Hive 2 and everything is working there. Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions out there?

If on Windows, go to Users/public/public Documents/NI Resources/image/u-he
Find a folder called Diva, there might be one called Diva(x64) or there may be one with a long string of numbers after it. Zip one of them up for back up and move it out of the folder then delete all the remaining folders marked Diva.
Next restart KK and it should recreate the artwork with the correct folder name. If that don't work, try moving a copy of the files out of the u-he folder into a folder called Diva directly in the image folder rather than the u-he folder.

Thanks for the response. I should have mentioned I’m on a Mac. Stupid of me not to say that. My problem is a can’t find the images at all on my system. I don’t know where the installation process puts them. I know where they are for Hive 2. User>shared>NI resources >image>u-he. I’m assuming if I can get the Diva images in the same folder they’ll work.

Diva images would then be in User/Shared/NI Resources/image/u-he/
There should be two folders with identical files inside them:
diva
divax64_6cd2cc7f3b48dc8cba1e1855d61c0c67
If they're not there, unpack the attached ZIP file there.
