Minor 'bug' with MDoubleTracker Output setting

The output gain control in MDoubleTracker only affects the WET signal. So if you are mixing in some of the dry signal you cannot control the output of that signal, it will just turn up the output of the wet, rather than the final output.

Repro steps:

- Add MDoubletracker to a track with sound
- Set Dry/Wet control to 0.1% - make the signal almost entirely the dry signal
- Adjust the 'Output' control to + or - 24dB
- Notice you hear no difference, this is because the output control is only affecting the wet signal, which is mostly inaudible

This may be intentional, but I'd argue it shouldn't work this way as you cannot compensate for the gain change caused by the effect if using a non-100% wet setting. It is also inconsistent with the output gain of other Melda affects, all of which adjust the wet/dry output, not just the wet.

Actually it is intentional and it's how it often works, and it is described in the help. The idea is that you cannot really set the dry/wet properly unless the loudness of both dry and wet is similar, that's what this is for.
