If you are patient, Arturia sometimes has a $99 upgrade sale.
Exactly! I have never paid anything above $99 for a V Collection upgrade and I have been with it since V 2 or 3.

Wow. That's worse than the $25 voucher.
Yep. Dirks lost the plot ... I'm presuming this means you cant use it for authorising secondhand plugs, unless you're spending $75 too.

I'm glad I got a $25 voucher instead of a $50 one. I just needed to pay transfer fees for two licenses, so it cost me $7 since minimum spend is $32 and dynamic discount is 20%. I would have had to pay an extra $18 to do the same if I had received the $50 voucher. Or maybe I would had to have spent more using the $50 voucher if plugins added would have brought me to like $79 at the lowest, for example, instead of $75 exactly. Who knows. It's PA, so I'm sure it's confusing and not intuitive.

Yup. Wait until BF. I think they will have it again. I am hoping they have a sale on those damn effects as well.

Wow, that is ISO-certified garbage. Wonder what the minimum net on the $75 voucher is. I don't get it, why would PA shaft the more loyal/spendy customers? In the belief they would continue to spend?

Why couldn't they just make a standard minimum price regardless of voucher amount? Something like how Audio Plugin Deals Shop has a "base price" regardless how much credit you have, or IK's store where you can only use up to 30% percent with Jam Points. I have no problem with making sure they make a profit but this is some seemingly intentionally convoluted system.

Audio Plugin Deals Shop is a bad example:
Their reward points (or whatever they call it) are quite worthless.
Just forget them.
Nothing of value to buy from them.
Sorry to be that blunt...

That is true and the same goes for the Native Instruments 25 EUR coupons.

So they don't even keep to their word
the November vouchers will be the last ones of that type to go out this year. All future loyalty vouchers will have a minimum order value attached to them
That wording suggests the November vouchers will not have minimum spend and only ones after November will

It depends on what you are looking for. I have bought a number of great items from audioplugins.deals.

Same here. Also, its amazing how Plugin Alliance was the darling of this group just a year ago. A few were asking for a separate PA thread. Now the long knives are out making a separate thread still a great idea.

The deals are usually very good. The shop is somewhat useless.

Filled my drives pretty fast since they started their weekly deals.

It's an illustration of an easy-to-understand rewards system where the final price is unmistakeably clear. So that you can make informed decisions like that.

That the base price is not much better than regular sale prices is another issue (and still a good deal if you can't wait for the developer's sale). I've personally never bought anything from the shop, the rewards are accruing from the occasional stupendous deal from their main offering and I'm happy to let them accrue until it makes mathematical sense or if they make them expire, I frankly don't care.

Not spending money to save money is common sense. Common sense doesn't solve the tangled spaghetti PA presents.
