Purchased Goodhertz Trem Control from morelia: Great seller - went above and beyond coaxing Goodhertz through their own license transfer process; superb communication (with seller) -- highest recommendation

It's a sad that this seller had to pay for that transfer process. Another whole kind of "pay to play" in action

EDIT: Goodhertz came through in the end and made good on this transaction. Some new website technology slowed them down at first; but they made the extra effort to fix the problem and restore a quality customer experience. It's tough to do that, and many companies don't. So thank you Goodhertz; and may your new transfer process/tech be a big improvement for you and your customers over the long run.
