For those formats, as long as the sources are not encrypted, it does a good enough job. I need to massage some of the results but I'm picky like that. It's worth not having to do the tedious work.

Also if you may ever want to deal with Kontakt, look up the issue with regards to NI opening the format to the developer.

Thanks Uncle E. Yes, I'm not going in blind. I've seen the disgruntled spats around here and I understand that the UI's a pain in the arse, that it feels like an antique and there's a fair bit of wrangling involved and then tidying up after, so my expectations are reasonably well-managed (I hope). I do expect it to save me time, though. That's the thing. Have paid already, so now hoping that I don't become another angry voice on a computer screen somewhere

I actually spoke with their CEO just this morning. They stopped using the distributor we were buying them through and we will be carrying them again sometime in the middle of next year, so nothing from us for now.
