FR: Arp Module

I'd like to suggest including an arpeggiator as a module in order to easily apply Euclidian Rhythm concepts to notes/ chording. As a module, the Arp would allow us to create layered sequences that could be individually processed for limitless evolving opportunities.
What say you?

I agree! BUT, I do recall earlier this year posting a query about adding sequencing and/or MIDI features to the Gen or FX grids, and getting a decisive NO from Vojtech; can't recall the reason.
Still, you CAN open multiple versions of MSF inside itself, each with a different Arp module open, to create interlocking and polyrhythmic patterns; thread on this here:

Incidentally, here's a tip from Vojtech about the multiple arps trick (which is SO cool!): To see and edit all the arp panels at once, pop out as many of the MSF (or MPS) panels as needed so that they're all open at once, too, thus—

Also, this is an interesting thread, with some paste-able code:

The multi-arp trick is neat ... not so obvious, but it shows the programming genius in Melda. Make everything nestable...and everything is a module, even MSF itself...
Anyway, I remembered having discussed this multi-arp trick a while ago...
If you need a jump start, you could use the patch from this older post:viewtopic.php?p=7437843#p7437843 (I hope your familiar with copy/pasting these patch-codes into MSF. Are you?)
Play the mentioned patch as a triad, add some effects of your liking and let it evolve...
Nevertheless I feel like the MSF Arp could get some love... For instance in Parawave Rapid the Arp has become a little Phrase Sequencer over time, i.e. you can drop midi files in it...
Best regards

I'm afraid not possible for now. The modular system doesn't route MIDI at all, so... Maybe at some point.
