Logic has a quite capable drum replacer function.

You can get the MIDI out of MDrummer in Logic in RT if you load the VST version into a VST hosting MIDI FX, like Patchwork or Bidule.

If you've got another DAW, you can also try loading MDrummer in it as VST, and capture the MIDI out in Logic via the IAC Driver. I LOVe Patchwork, but is IS $100:)

Or just get a different DAW (any VST compatible, hence pretty much any, will do) and route it. Check Reaper... tiny download, a bit geeky though.

I've used Logic for years and have no plans to change DAWs, no matter how many snarky comments Vojtech makes about Apple and Logic! 
(I forgive him though, because even though I only have a handful of Melda plugins, I use them regularly. 
)
But that being said, the lack of native general AU midi routing (MidiFX plugins notwithstanding) is a definite annoyance. Even so, using Patchwork and Bidule as suggested above - both of which I have, and both of which are excellent - has been a straightforward, practical, and effective solution to this midi issue (among other things they're good for).

Hehe I'm a snarky guy . I actually recently switched from Cubase to Reaper (because Cubase became unnoyingly slow and unstable), and it took some courage, especially to the geeky Reaper, but it seems working fine now. When it comes to totally basic stuff such as MIDI routing, I just don't get you Logic guys . Perhaps you don't need that...

"MIDI routing, I just don't get you Logic guys"...probably because it doesn't (route) in some cases, which I guess in this situation is "Logic-al"...(sigh)...and, FWIW, projects brought to me in garageband/logic stay in garageband/logic.../s~
