about the noise for demo version

So, I understand that the demo version makes a soft seashore noise from time to time, but does it means that this noise is also on the audio files processed and saved with mulab?

same for muverb and mux modular?

Yes the noise will be the renders, same for MUX Modular.

MuVerb will not generate the white noise as it is a free product.
