They've certainly improved the site. I remember a few years ago that it was pretty bad. The site was not responsive and you'd get errors trying to login (including 500 errors). Last year was better than the previous years, but it was still slow, and a number of purchases didn't come with serials (but that was resolvable through support).

This year, the site was very responsive and it took seconds to complete the transaction. That being said, it looks like they are not giving out any serial numbers (but that's not an issue for any users that own the full version of Kontakt.)

Looks like my profile now has a serial number (it wasn't there a few minutes ago). Everything's fine now.

Might be too late, but if someone isn't going to use their free Sonokinetic Modal Runs, I'd be interested in purchasing it from you or maybe even trading one of the ostinato series for it (assuming its allowed - will have to ask)
