Are you able to tell us what's coming to the plugin? :)

Things holding me back from upgrading to 11 (rack plugin):

* MIDI out
* drag and drop midi patterns from REX etc to DAW.
* VST hosting inside the plugin
* Multiple MIDI in (can be a module with 16 CV / gate)

I think he said on Facebook that MIDI out was coming soon. I'd imagine that getting REX to DAW would include that as well. But it's kind of really not worth upgrading until it actually happens though. Like how soon is soon? Hopefully Anasou will chime in about that and the rest of your points.

Why is support service not working?
I created a transfer license on 23 November. No transfer.
I created a ticket Id # 46286 on November 27th. No answer.
A week ago, I once again made the transfer. No reaction.

No, you should be patient instead. They are working. Has it ever occurred to you that over at ReasonStudios they don't sit there in their chairs, waiting for student9v to post his license transfer problems?

FYI i created ticket before you and it was Reason 11 ticket and i never received reply. I still wait and won't complain because from my experience they have thousands of tickets especially after BF period.

In normal situations (meaning not after BF or Summer sales) they usually answer in matter of few days.

Also add to that fact that certainly License transfer for them is their lowest priority ticket type (that's my guess, i would prioritize such tickets that way).

My other ticket # 39737 was created on September 24, 2019 19:20. But there is also no answer.

The problem is not in BF, the problem is that there is no support at all.

How can I buy something at Reason Studios if no one answers me. Is this normal behavior? Is it BF to blame ?!

Its no normal situations for customers.

Support does not work, or they have priorities for 11 versions. Old customers let suffer.

Personally, I am not going to buy at Reason, knowing that no one will solve my problem.

In general, I'm careful about confirming something's coming and when since things can always change and I don't want to disappoint anyone. But everything on your list except VST hosting inside the plugin is high up in priority, I'd say MIDI out is closest.

I'm sorry to hear that, I'm not involved in the support work but I'll pass this on! In general, writing several times doesn't help, it just adds more to the backlog. The goal is to get to your original case as soon as possible.

It's completely unreasonable to expect someone to wait 3 weeks for a license transfer request imo.

You even said yourself that you have an open ticket older than that - that's bad customer service whichever way you slice it.
Signatures are so early 2000s.

A quick update after talking to the support and web teams: we just sorted out an issue with license transfers and should be able to get to the transfers ASAP now. Again, really sorry about the wait!

For the mono version to the ReasonRack Instrument version, we can't examine the back of the Rack because she don't mount .

That's weird! I just tried with Reason 11.1 in Logic Pro X (10.4.6, for the record), and it works fine adding Reason Rack Plugin instrument as mono.

Note that the internal routing in Reason Rack Plugin is not affected by this, stereo instruments will still auto-route L/R to L/R (but output mono to Logic). Subtractor (being mono) will connect L to L like expected.

And what you're saying is that the Mono version you see in your list there doesn't load? That sounds like a bug. It loads fine in Logic and Ableton for example. The bug could be with us or with MOTU, so I recommend reporting it to MOTU too.
