Pitch Bend not working in Hive1 or Hive2

I did a second complete uninstall and the reinstall appears to have resolved the problem. I guess I must have missed something in the previous uninstall, but it is working now and sounding great! Sorry to have taken up all your time with this issue. Certainly does (at least for me) suggest that U-he need to build uninstall features into their software.
Now to give give Hive a really good workout before purchasing it.

The links that you posted have no image extension (like .jpg or .png), they don't show up as images at all to others.

They weren't supposed to have image extensions. They were the direct links to where they are hosted on my website. Yeah if they are direct links then you don't use IMG tags, you use URL tags.
