Audible clics on Player and WAV export: latency or Tracktion mixer issues?

Hi all, I'm learning to use Tracktion T7, and listening at the demo project included in the installation ("SubWays T4"), I have started to experience audible clics, while the last two weeks it worked fine (or I'd say so). At first I thought of latency problems (Dell laptops like my Inspiron are reported to have DPC latency issues and I have suffered them when playing audio in Windows), but two things make me think that the Tracktion mix could be the responsible:
- The clics and pops always take place in the same places while playing the project
- The clics are transferred to a WAV export (I maybe wrong, but since WAV export is not a realtime application, and the CPU has plenty of time to properly do all the calculations, I assume latency clics and dropouts never affect and export).

These are two different exports of the "orgen" track with the clics: we can see the clics are in the WAV file and always in the same places:

The track is a MIDI sampler track triggering the sample "orgen.ogg", which is completely free of clics (I checked).

Here is the WAV export (only the "orgen" track) with the clics, if you want to check. Clicks are everywhere from the begining, usually during note changes:
SubWaysT4Export3.wav

If this maybe a Tracktion mix issue, what parameters should I check in order to have proper mixing again? I think this issue started to happen to me after installing Cakewalk Bandlab to check it. Not meaning this correlation means causation.

I bought recently a Scarlett Solo 3rd Gen audio interface to get rid of Windows latency problems.

More info. about this: if I just change the duration of the note where the "click" sounds, the problem disappears (first duration of the note produces click, elonged duration prevents the click):

Could then it be just a problem of proper ADSR configuration of the sample object to prevent clicks in the end of each note?

I have to say however that this demo song played without clicks last week (or at least I didnt' notice them when they are clearly audible), and I have not edited it in any way. Is there some Tracktion parameter I could have changed by mistake that started producing the clicks?

And finally, the same demo uploded to YouTube by someone else:

Plenty of clicks, so I think I can safely say it is not a local problem with my configuration. Why this demo can produce such terrible clicks and nobody noticed?
