how to sync Mdrummer with my project.

Hi, I'm sure it's easy but I'm in quick set up page trying out some beats and can I heck find how to make it sync up with my project,
what am I missing please?

ok thank you...but I was running the project and Mdrummer wasn't in sync...I'll check out the tut's of course, it's a very deep vst..
