No upgrade offer from Gospel Musicians Neo-Soul Keys Studio 1 - > 2?
And I don't accept anything more than $ 39. We ver 1 owners have already paid once (most of this) this instrument.

Gospel Musicians seem to hate their present clients. Those a****les !
the upgrade from NSK Studio 1 --> 2 was for EU Customer including VAT 65 Euro and the iFX Rack Expansion for Neo-Soul Keys Studio 2 was also 23 Euro including VAT on Black friday which i call an expansive update considering as customer needed to pay many upgrades from Kontakt to UVI from UVI to NSK 1 and from NSK 1 to NSK 2 as you mentioned already .
If the GM Neo-Soul Keys Studio 2 uograde was $ 23, I missed it. Or was it only for the NSK studio owners?
I wonder where that offer was, I tried to follow all the offers since its launch.
When the Neo-Soul Keys Studio 2 was launched, the upgrade offer for ver 1 owners was really bad.

If they have the product is in sale, once again, why not repeat that $ 23 upgrade offer?

What comes to the upgrade offers in generally, the policies vary, e.g. a really major upgrade of the Arturia Pigments 2 was free of charge for all ver 1 owners.

I'm a Neo-Soul Keys Studio 1 owner and a Pure Synth Platinum owner. I really love the sounds of both. But I haven't upgraded to Neo-Soul Keys Studio 2. Why? Because to go from Neo-Soul Keys Studio 1 to Studio 2 with the full set of effects is $95 as an upgrade ($70 plus $25).

The discount for existing owners is nowhere near enough and way too high. I only paid $50 for Studio 1 with Heat Chops.

I agree, I'd rather just stick with what I have and buy something else like Pigments for much less. By price-gouging, Gospel Musicians have turned me from a very loyal customer into a very dubious previous customer.

The cost of the upgrade to Studio 2 ***with*** the effects should have been about $40.

I also don't like the download restrictions.

I don't believe many will have upgraded at these prices.

there was never an 23 dollar upgrade from 1 to 2 , the 23 dollar extra costs was only for the nsk2 fx full unlock .

the upgrade alone from 1 to 2 was 65 Euro .

as you already said this .

for myselves the upgrade costs from 1 to 2 with full fx unlock was :

(sorry in the first post from me the price was without VAT)

Subtotal: €88.18
VAT 19%: €16.75
Grand total: €104.93

i own also alot of their products too , just to say this . Now im on an point where i dont bother anymore with GM because of the very very high upgrade costs for their customer . basically it had been cheaper to buy it new .

Same here. Waiting for a no-brainer upgrade offer from NSK Studio 1 to 2, though I prefer the GUI on 1.

For example, having one singer's voice gradually morph into another singer's voice (in a way that's smooth and more substantive than cross-fading)? Or enhancing a singing voice by blending it with another voice (maybe with a sample library of vowels)?...
But the vocals need to be aligned time-wise very tightly.
This is the case with all audio and all morphing tools if you want it to do something useful, including Kyma.

I get more and more happy that I didnt ever get envolved with Gospel Musicians when I read all this

Many times I was tempted to get the Bluebeast, from JRR, but several things did turn me off,..

To little a real EX5, to much a surrogat boil up, the deals was never real no-brainers, this person from the videos apear to me like a PITA, I once did read that another developing team is actually doing the developement, GM is more like a empty sheel,.

And then the name "gospel", why this religious smell in the name, I also don't need "drumkit from hell",... ??? :-)

Btw. happy christ-mess :-)

Gospel musicians are amazing musicians, arguably some of the best in the United States. The kids start playing young and learn early that they need to prove themselves every week to get to perform on Sundays, and many of them continue on like that into adulthood. I'm personally not a religious person but the most challenging, exhilarating, and fun gigs I've played were in Baptist churches, even better than touring around Europe or DJ'ing desert raves.

Anyway, a beautiful thing about Neo-Soul Keys is every version has been a complete and continually viable instrument. The first Kontakt version sounds every bit as good as the UVI and current versions, all you're lacking is new features.

I agree what you say about the gospel musicians. What comes to the company, their upgrade/update policy sucks. Perhaps you could signal these senses to the GM.

Well their privacy policy sucks too but anyway, BASSalicious 2 was already $19.99 in 2018 so $65.00 in nearly 2020 isn't what i exactly would call a bargain.
